Field Applications Engineer, San Francisco

Are you a Field Applications Engineer with Semiconductor IP experience? Or a Design Engineer with an interest in becoming more customer-facing but keeping a technical focus? IC Resources is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join a leader in semiconductor IP, within their US team, based in the Bay Area. You will be from a Digital IP background and your main duties will be to support clients across the US; understand their requirements, hold technical conversations and feedback internally to the business.

Remote in San Francisco with regular travel to customer sites. 

Requirements:

• Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering.
• Strong Digital Design knowledge or SoC experience – GPU, CPU, DSP, VHDL, Verilog, etc.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous – able to communicate with customers on technical subject matters and feedback to internal teams.
• Able to travel frequently without restriction.
