As an HCMS Analyst some of your responsibilities will include:
- Maximising the Workday platform
- Pro-actively researching and keeping up to date on new Workday HCM features, and recommending possible system enhancements to the HR functional users
- Providing overall project management for the deployment of new or updated functionality; configuration of Workday directly, and/or working with third-party support for configuration
- Training HR, Managers and Employees as applicable on Workday processes and updates
- Participating in system testing of new system functionality, issue resolution, upgrades, and HR system implementations, tracking and resolving areas of concern or failure
Skills our client is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree and two or more (2+) years of Human Capital Management Systems experience, preferably in Workday
- Experience managing sensitive HR data and GDPR requirements
- Strong project management skills - project scoping, developing project timelines and milestones, monitoring and reporting on progress, coordinating resources, resolving issues, evaluating project performance, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
