For a leading supplier of analog and mixed-signal ICs we are looking to hire a Talent Manager in Munich or home office.

Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment processes
- Scouting and securing top talent all available platforms & databases
- Screening, interviewing, and pre-selecting of candidates
- on-boarding new recruits
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network in the Semiconductors market
- Employer branding activities
Requirements:
• University degree and several years of experience in recruiting technical and non-technical talent preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Several years Human Resources experience, preferable within the High- Tech or Semiconductor Industry
• Attention to detail with excellent planning, organisation skills
• Fluent English and German skills are mandatory (spoken and written)
