PCB Design Engineer

Based in Milton Keynes the PCB Design Engineer will be joining an established company, whose focus is on the design of power supplies for a number of specialist applications. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced environment within a team who work on a number of very interesting projects.

Some of the main responsibilities of the PCB Design Engineer are to design and develop printed circuit boards to meet strict form, fit and function targets, as well as to evaluate chosen PCB design directions and confirm their suitability. You will also discuss PCB design strategies, procedures, and solutions with customers.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree or other qualification in electrical or electronics engineering, as well as have direct exposure to the following:

• PCB design for power supplies.
• Good knowledge of electronics components market cost levels.
• Knowledgeable in the EMC field especially best layout practise for EMC compliance.
