Principal Field Application Engineer - Analog / High Power. A leading manufacturer of semiconductor technology is seeking a specialised Principal Field Application Engineer to master the challenges of High Power / SiC applications. As the Principal Field Application Engineer you will be working closely with the sales team and provide pre- and post-sales technical support to both new and existing customers across Automotive, Transportation and Industrial DACH market. Main focus will be on winning design across your sales territory. Your key task is to add substantial value to the customer with your support and expertise and thus engage customers in long term business relationships.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in the field of Semiconductors
• Ideally knowledge of Wide Band Gap technology SiC or GaN
• Passionate about directly engaging with customers and partners
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel
