Our Swiss based client is currently searching for a Product Engineering Leader to be responsible for bringing new products from design to production in a fast paced environment. The role will involve driving all IC product engineering activities within the organisation leveraging test and product engineering resources. Ownership of product cost, yield, test time and quality improvement plans will be a critical part of the role. Managing Product Engineer and Test Engineer personal development within the team will also be required.
Required skills for the Product Engineering Leader will include:
- Strong semiconductor product engineering leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of semiconductor production and test techniques
- Strong communication skills (English and French desirable)
- University degree in a relevant field with strong background in statistics
