Project Support Administrator

Excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's fasting growing retail companies.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the project manager in the management of the deployment programme 
  • Assisting with the management of the RFI process
  • Ensuring all necessary data for smooth delivery is captured from sites and entered correctly into main deployment spreadsheet
  • Liaising with clients and Engagement Managers with regards to delivery and training dates
  • Organising onboarding calls with sites due to go live 
  • Capturing key data from training reports to enable reporting on any issues/risks
  • Working with the logistics team to ensure that deliveries are taking place
  • Escalating issues encountered to project manager
  • Capturing serial numbers of devices that have been deployed
  • Identifying any potential bottle necks in delivery schedules
  • Must be experienced in supporting large rollout programmes across many locations – eg retail rollouts, physical systems deployments etc.
  • Strong organisation and analytical skills, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects within a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel & Power Point. 
  • Prince 2 and/or other Project Management qualifications – desirable.
