R&D Engineer, Farnborough Salary: £40k - £55k per year + Excellent Benefits
This R&D Engineer role gives the opportunity to work for a dynamic and successful start-up working on innovative power electronic systems solutions for a wide variety of customers. Based in Farnborough, the successful R&D Engineer will provide expert technical support and insight throughout the product lifecycle which will include requirement capture and design reviews.
As an R&D Engineer, you will get the opportunity to communicate with both customers and the internal design team to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient way. You will get to develop both your technical design skills as well as the ability to build, manage and maintain key customer relationships.
It’s a great opportunity to join an established start-up, experiencing continued growth over the past 24 months, and have recently secured additional office space. The role offers the chance to progress and potentially lead and grow a small team of engineers.
What’s Required? For this R&D Engineer role, we’re interested in people from a variety of backgrounds, but your experience may include some of the following
- Solid experience in electronics circuit design and development.
- Experience with PCB layout and design
- An understanding of both Analogue and digital circuits.
- Experience testing and debugging boards
- Work closely with the wide business to support testing and manufacturing
