Our client is a major supplier to European OEMs providing on-site technical support from development through production.
We are looking to hire a Sales Manager Europe to manage an established and successful European Sales Team.
As the Sales Manager Europe you will be driving current business whilst developing new business.
The European sales Team is based in Germany, Italy and the UK - you will need to enjoy traveling to support your team with Key customer management In this position you will:
- Monitor external and internal processes reporting directly to the Global Sales Director.
- Create pricing strategies to ensure best margin levels
- Work with all relevant internal departments
- Set and Drive new sales strategy
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews
- market trend monitoring
- Fluent in German and English
- Good Business Development track record.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- +10 years of automotive account management or other relevant work
- Bachelor’s degree
