A European IC company is growing rapidly in China. To develop the market further, it's looking for a good sales candidate to join the local team. 

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Owner of the customer and regional channel relationships
  • Voice of the customer, managing expectations
  • Prioritisation, Timeline, schedules
  • Customer complaints/concerns ▪ Owner of the design-in project from identification to mass production
  • Responsible for the regional sales forecast and long-term plan and to ensure the forecasting and CRM systems are kept up to date and accurate
  • Responsible to manage the channel, reps and distribution in order to meet regional sales and growth targets
  • Will be the voice in the Region, promote and evangelise the brand as well as the product
  • Reporting directly to the VP Sales Greater China and South East Asia
Professional Background
  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (EE), 5+ years industrial experience
  • English and language of specific area, written and spoken, German a plus
  • A solid reputation as a senior level sales or key account manager, with proven success
  • Experience in managing and building sales organisations
  • Existing customer and partner relationships at executive level
  • Experience in managing complex customer engagements and channel distribution business
