Scientific Writer

The Scientific Writer will join an exciting company in Belfast focused on medical devices which will monitor health, provide insight into wellness and save lives by identifying underlying conditions. The Scientific Writer will join the Clinical Research team to produce scientific articles for publication, plan technical content and market appropriate data/visuals to external and internal parties

The Scientific Writer will

• Gathering materials and subject matter internally.
• Researching scientific literature and writing scientific content.
• Producing professional articles for publication in journals and online.
• Planning and releasing content with the clinical team.

Required knowledge and skills

• You will have a strong background and interest in Biosciences
• You will be communication orientated and have an excellent eye for detail
• You will logically structure your writing and be able to manage multiple papers.
• You can assimilate complex information and explain it clearly and concisely.

Desired knowledge and skills

• Biomedical or Science related degree
• Experience in writing scientific papers
• Experience in writing peer reviewed publications
