Senior Development Manager – Cambridge Hybrid working - Competitive Salary I am currently supporting an established client based in Cambridge who are looking to build a new team, they are looking to take on multiple heads across their Cambridge site. You be expected to manage and lead a team of Developers and Testers who will be creating new and exciting products from the ground up.
The successful Senior Development Manager will have:- Previous experience managing and leading teams
- Previous experience with stakeholders and stakeholder management
- strong background in C/C++
- Strong knowledge with multi-threading and or multi-core programming
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP or TCP
- Strong exposure to Linux – (kernel/ userspace)
- Exposure to or background in C and embedded systems
