Based in the North East of the UK a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to join an established company focusing on a number of applications including Traction, Renewable Energies and Automotive.
The Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and test of DC-DC, AC-AC converters and DC-AC Inverters as well as Motor Drives. They will be involved in a variety of projects for traction, Energy, Industrial products or Defence and will have direct exposure to the full life cycle with each sector.

The Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and a proven background in the following:
- SMPS Converter Design.
- Inverters Design.
- MOSFET’s / IGBT’s.
