Senior Product Engineer

Our leading edge client is currently searching for a Senior Product Engineer to have full responsibility of IC production development and IC production quality of wireless and automotive devices. The role will involve planning qualification and reliability programs as well as developing product yield enhancement programs. Interfacing with suppliers and different departments within the company will be critical to the role. The successful Senior Product Engineer can be based anywhere in the UK/Europe and be able to travel occasionally when required.

 Required experience for the Senior Product Engineer will be as follows,

• Semiconductor Product engineering experience
• IC Test knowledge (ATE)
• Quality and reliability experience (ISO9000)
• Excellent communication
• Engineering Degree / PhD in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
