Technical Customer Support Engineer / Games Technology Enthusiast (C#/Unity/AR/VR).
You will be joining a cutting edge technology company based in Bristol with global clients. You will need a background in Software Engineering and customer facing skills, your role will be to be the technical expert on the companies software products and the point of contact between the internal engineering teams and the engineering teams within large clients all over Europe.
- A technical degree and background in Software Engineering
- Experience with C#, Unity or C++
- Customer facing skills
- Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Travel expenses are covered for this role and trips away from home are typically for 1-3 days at a time and only make up 20% of your time, of course this will largely be replaced by video conferences for the time being. You will get to work with the same clients over long periods of time during which you will maintain a relationship and correspondence. You will be working for a world leading company with experts in interface design, acoustics, machine learning and computer vision and you will also have the opportunity to maintain and use your programming skills regularly.
