Our international client is currently searching for a Wafer Fab Production Supervisor to participate in the development of new manufacturing processes, taking new technologies into account. The role will involve designing and coordinating specific projects involving the industrialisation of new systems and fab processes. Supervising production systems for thermal and / or wet chemical processes in production will be required as well as improving machine availability, quality and costs.
Required skills for the Wafer Fab Production Supervisor will include:
- Strong semiconductor process experience (wet, clean, electroplating)
- Strong SPC, yield analysis skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- University degree (master / diploma / doctorate) in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering etc
