- Oversee customer accounts, handling profit and revenue responsibility.
- Act as primary contact for client matters and lead all customer-focused activities.
- Manage contracts, pricing, and perform price reviews in line with guidelines.
- Provide strategic updates on customer activity, competition, and market trends.
- Drive growth in existing accounts while developing new business.
- Experience: 5+ years in Account Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field with strong sales experience.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of PCB's (preferred), electronics or components.
- Experience in the defence industry would be preferred.
- Languages: Fluent English (French is a plus).
