Analog IC Layout Engineer - High Voltage 

A leader in high temperature semiconductors is looking for an Analog IC Layout Engineer to join their site based in Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of their new high-end Gate Driver Integrated Circuits for Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN) power transistors. 

Requirements of the Analog Layout Engineer include:

• Perform LVS/DRC Verification checks.
• Help to provide extracted netlist to IC Design Engineers for post layout simulations
• Translates sub block schematics to sub block layouts.
• Prepare layout reports and documentation.
• Experience working on high voltage layout design.

Additional requirements of the Analog Layout Engineer include:

• Hands on experience with DC-DC Converters.
• Experience with voltage references and amplifiers.
• Knowledge of successful design in Analog ICs in CMOS.
