Analog/RF IC Design Engineer - Medical

This is a new opportunity for an Analog/RF IC Design Engineer to join a growing company working on medical wearables to improve people's health and wellbeing.

In this role the Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will be involved in developing an SoC with mmWave RF technology for blood pressure and continuous glucose measurements. You will be working with a whole system view for innovative RF SoCs in highly advanced process nodes.

Experience is required in some or all of the following: 

• Analog and/or RF IC Design and layout in CMOS
• Design experience in; LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, Pas, Baseband Filter design
• Cadence Virtuoso mixed signal design environment
• EM simulation tools such as Cadence EMX, Ansys HFSS or Keysight ADS
• Keysight ADS RF circuit design and simulation
• mmWave experience desirable
• Understanding or RF IC/Analog DFM and DFT
• Experience with laboratory chip bring-up and validation support

The successful Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Analog and/or RF IC Design and will have multi-functional collaboration capability who are self-motivated and proactive.
