ASIC Design Engineer

ASIC Design Engineer – US Company with significant funding seeking UK based ASIC Design Engineers.

I am seeking an ASIC Design Engineer to join a cutting edge start up in the UK. Due to significant funding and business success, I am looking for an ASIC Design Engineer to join this dynamic start-up company reimagining silicon and creating RISC-V based computing platforms targeting AI.

Headquartered in Silicon Valley, this company has moved across the pond and are growing in Cambridge. Although fully remote work is welcomed for Engineers within the UK and unable to relocate.

You would join a team working on AI/ML/Data Analytics acceleration.

Key skills

• Strong SystemVerilog skills.
• Strong micro-architecture skills; ability to take ML/AI/Data Analytics concepts and come up with micro-architecture specifications to accelerate these functions.
• Strong skills in low power and high-performance design.
• Strong computer architecture skills.
• It is a plus to have experience with CPU load/store and/or scheduling logic and floating-point operations.
