We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASIC Programme Manager to lead the development team, designing IC Sensors for the Automotive space. As the ASIC Programme Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end development of their products for automotive sensor applications. - Lead and manage the development program from concept to production, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, and validation teams, to achieve project milestones.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the design and development teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure the successful implementation of IC sensors.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ASIC development, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project timelines.
- Proven experience managing ASIC development projects in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical background in ASIC design, verification, and validation.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards and regulations is advantageous.
