ASIC Project Lead

As the ASIC Project Lead you will join a fast-growing division of a leading engineering company, you will be responsible for overseeing intricate ASIC development projects in a cutting-edge automotive sector - from project initiation to full production roll-out.

You will lead a project team, while also serving as the project's representative to both customers and upper management. Moreover, you will be accountable for project objectives and budget, proactively managing risks and handling necessary escalations. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will also collaborate with design and development departments, as well as internal and external development and foundry partners located globally.


Your qualifications should include a completed university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a similar course, along with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, a solution-oriented approach, and a goal-driven mindset.

To be successful  in your application for the ASIC Project Lead you must have extensive experience in leading large technical projects with more than ten employees through various stages this includes

• Product definition and production launch
• Proven proficiency in coordinating internal and external project suppliers.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, particularly in the field of semiconductor technology and integrated circuit design, 
• Experience in design methodology, top-down design, and industrialisation, are highly desirable.
• Ability to speak German is a plus
