- Oversee the end-to-end management of complex technical projects related to ASICS development, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure project success and profitability.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster a culture of transparency to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any changes in scope.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects within R&D
- Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, verification methodologies, and FPGA implementation.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
