Responsibilities: As the ASIC Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of their technological advancements, overseeing the end-to-end development of their product. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and leading ASIC development projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, to drive seamless integration of ASICs into our sensor solutions.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Providing leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Continuously monitoring industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation within ASIC development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ASIC project management, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of automotive and sensor technologies is highly desirable.
• B2 proficiency in German is preferred.
