IC Resources is seeking an experienced Assembly Support Engineer for a 12-month contract with an industry leading company, working on site in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers on assembly processes, qualifications, and materials.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaged components.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source and qualify new materials.
• Generate reports on packaging yields, defects, and performance metrics.
Required Skills:
• Expertise in semiconductor packaging technologies and processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards for IC packaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Details:
• Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension.
• Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Location: Leuven, Belgium (Full time on site).
