Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise audio signal processing algorithms, focusing on core development in active noise cancellation and signal enhancement solutions.
- Prototype and validate audio algorithms for seamless integration into embedded systems.
- Engage in embedded software development for audio processing on various audio chips.
- MSc or ideally PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Completed PhD or 4+ years of full-time industry experience in embedded DSP engineering for audio applications.
- Proficiency in DSP on various audio chips, MATLAB/Simulink, and C/C++.
- B2 German minimum and fluent in English.
- Expertise in embedded DSP for audio applications, particularly in the automotive or industrial sector (e.g., developing in-car audio systems).
- Background in cabin acoustics.
- Bonus points for experience or knowledge in PCB.
- Competitive salary: €75-85k, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working model, with the flexibility to be within 2-3 hours of northern Germany for on-site hardware interaction.
