Audio Software Engineer

A Senior Audio Software Engineer is sought by this leading provider of audio signal processing technology to the automotive industry. The Senior Audio Software Engineer will be based at the European Technology Centre in Munich. The Senior Audio Software Engineer will be responsible for developing digital audio signal processing software and audio DSP signal flows in C and C++ for automotive OEMs worldwide. Working closely with customers the Senior Audio Software Engineer will also be responsible for software architecture modification and optimising Audio Signal Flows in terms of CPU load and memory consumption.

You will have completed your technical education and have a minimum of 3 years post graduate software development experience preferably gained in audio development, audio DSP development or DSP development using C and C++. You will also have strong real time embedded software development skills gained in a multiprocessor, multi-interface environment. Any background working on automotive development programmes, A-Spice etc would be beneficial as would any exposure to MATLAB, Python or bare-metal programming.
