Responsibilities:
Harwell Space Cluster, UK, with potential for international travel. You will be required in the office on a hybrid basis (2 days/week).

Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in bid management, from initial engagement to bid submission, coordinating various teams across the organization.
- Drive bid production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Support sales efforts by developing and maintaining bid documentation and assisting in proposal production.
- 2-4 years' bid management experience in the space industry.
- Proficiency in managing bids of various sizes and complexities.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen to construct competitive yet achievable bids.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the space industry and passion for space exploration.
- Postgraduate degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in domains such as in-orbit servicing or space situational awareness.
- Commercial awareness and project management expertise.
- Familiarity with UKSA or ESA ecosystem and bidding processes.
