Bring-Up Engineer - Software-Defined Vehicles

Our client is a pioneering start-up that is helping OEMs and Tier 1's rival the likes of Tesla with their cutting-edge software solution that will change how software-defined vehicles operate, they're looking for a Bring-Up Engineer to join them on a hybrid basis in their Sunnyvale office. 

As a Bring-Up Engineer, you'll have the luxury of a Technician working alongside you whilst you tinker with boards and test beds to solve any underlying causes of malfunction and identify whether there are issues at board level. 

With full reign of their high tech lab (even on weekends) you can use your keen understanding of board design to ensure that they can be remotely accessed via a Linux Server by a global team of Software Developers. 

This is a chance to work alongside a bright team whilst earning a good salary with stock options at a start-up that has recently formed a partnership with AWS and already supplies Hyundai.

Due to the nature of this role applicants must live within commutable distance to Sunnyvale. 

Bring-Up Engineer Requirements: 

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant field 
• Experience in bring up and validation of compute and/or network systems 
• Experience with lab testing equipment - JTAG Debugger experience is highly desirable
• Proficient in Python or other scripting languages 
• Working knowledge of Linux
