Business Development and FAE Manager – Power Semiconductors – EMEA
A global semiconductor manufacturer that provides a complete portfolio of industry-leading power products, which are widely used in array of power management markets, is seeking a Business Development and FAE Manager to join their team in Europe.
This role is available due to growth and would suit a candidate with a strong technical background within power semiconductors and power supplies (Silicon Carbide, IGBTs, MOSFETS, UPS, Inverters etc). Previous R&D and/or field application experience would be preferable.
You will support and drive design-in and demand creation activities with both direct customers and distribution partners.
This is a home-based role and can be located in the United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands or Italy. You will be expected to travel up to 30% across EMEA.

Business Development and FAE Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering, or similar field
- More than 5 years of working experience within technical support or R&D in semiconductor industry
- Excellent design-in and design-win pipeline process experience
- Strong technical background in power component applications
- Good management and leadership skills advantageous
- Able to travel for onsite technical support to key customers
- Good presentation skills and proficiency in English (both oral and written)
