Business Development Director – Aerospace, Defence & Space

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, Edinburgh, Leeds) or fully remote

Travel: ~25% (some international)

Are you an accomplished Business Development Director ready to drive growth in the Aerospace, Defence, and Space sectors? We are searching for a strategic Business Development Director to take the lead on identifying opportunities, securing high-value projects (worth £250k+), and building relationships with key Tier 1/2 defence and aerospace clients. As the Business Development Director, you will leverage your expertise in RF electronics and systems, and UK defence procurement to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Backed by world-class UK-based engineering teams, this role provides the platform to shape commercial success and forge lasting partnerships.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related field.
• Experience selling RF and electronic subsystem solutions.
• Experience leading business activities within RF electronics
