Reporting to the Worldwide Director of Business Development, you will:
- Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends, assess market potential, and identify key players.
- Go-to-Market & Sales Support: Build prospect lists, define product positioning, and support sales with competitive insights.
- New Product Introduction: Engage early adopters, lead product promotions, and collect customer feedback.
- Product Strategy: Provide market insights to shape product roadmaps and long-term innovation plans.
✅ Background: Technical degree in Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
✅ Experience: 10+ years in business development within the Electronics-Optics sector.
✅ Skills:
- Strong market knowledge and analytical capabilities.
- Expertise in statistical analysis and market segmentation.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- ✅ Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
