Your Role

Reporting to the Worldwide Director of Business Development, you will:
  • Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends, assess market potential, and identify key players.
  • Go-to-Market & Sales Support: Build prospect lists, define product positioning, and support sales with competitive insights.
  • New Product Introduction: Engage early adopters, lead product promotions, and collect customer feedback.
  • Product Strategy: Provide market insights to shape product roadmaps and long-term innovation plans.
Your Profile

Background: Technical degree in Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
Experience: 10+ years in business development within the Electronics-Optics sector.
Skills:
  • Strong market knowledge and analytical capabilities.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis and market segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
