As Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow relationships with named distribution accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving revenue growth.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities with prospective customers and distributors to expand the client base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new customers in target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical engineering or Electronics
- Solid Business Development experience of connector and/or electromechanical products
- Business Development experience for an industry supplier or manufacturer
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled in managing complex and time-intensive sales cycles.
