Our client is a fascinating high-tech start-up developing leading-edge photonic solutions for a range of industries including LiDAR, sensing and space communications. They seek a Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, forming and building strong customer relationships, and driving marketing and sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at trade shows and conferences and be key to the company’s success and expansion.

The right candidate will have a strong business development / customer-facing skill set within the Semiconductor or Photonics field. Fluent English is essential, as is drive and enthusiasm to join a rapidly expanding start-up pioneering new integrated photonics technology.
