Business Development Manager - EMEA - - automotive 

For a leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical components we are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Germany, ideally in the South (main part of the activity). You will be responsible for taking care of existing and new clients, improving the global market share with strategic global accounts and penetrating new markets, winning new opportunities with new clients with design-in based products.

Technically adept, you will manage the RFQ process, support the clients commercially (pricing, delivery, quality) and work in close cooperation with the company's R&D teams. 

Regular reporting and forecasting are of course also part of your activity. 

We are looking for a candidate bringing:

• 5 years + with automotive clients (OEM, Tier1)
• experience in electronic components 
• entrepreneurial attitude and excellent presentation and negotiation skills 
• Autonomous working (home office), travelling
• Fluent German and English
