Business Development Manager

Location: Anywhere in Europe

Salary: €100k - €140k (package) + RSUs.

I am currently working alongside a leading semiconductor manufacturer who are seeking Business Development Manager to focus on growing and developing business throughout Europe. My client has some of the brightest minds in the industry, using cutting edge technology with realistic and achievable RSU packages on offer for high performers and achievers.

As Business Development Manager, responsibilities include:

• Identify, develop, and expand relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs and position company solutions accordingly.
• Drive consultative, solution-based sales strategies for Encoders.
• Maintain strong market knowledge, keeping up to date with industry trends and changes.

As Business Development Manager, requirements include:

• Having successful track record of Business Development
• Ability to sell solutions for Encoders and design in
• Strong background in selling into the drives and automation markets.
