Characterisation Lab Manager

An opportunity has become available for a Characterisation Lab Manager to join a growing photonics chip design house in Valencia.

As a Characterisation Lab Manager you will have a number of responsibilities that include;

• Lead PIC test and characterisation activities
• Manage PIC lab and lead members of the team in technical activities
• Review work produced by the technical team and report back to higher management
• Recruitment of new staff to the team
• Support R&D teams as well as wider customer projects

To be considered for the Characterisation Lab Manager vacancy you must have:

• A relative engineering background (Physics / RF / Microelectronics / Semiconductor)
• Experience working in a photonics lab, using photonics test and measurement equipment
• Photonic chip test experience 
• Experience in a lab management/ people leadership role
