A growing European based technology scale-up is looking for a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) with proven experience of raising significant Series B/ C rounds and prior experience of leading a company through an IPO.
This position could be based in London or the Benelux area. To be considered for this role you should have a proven track record of working and raising large amounts of capital within the relevant venture capital community base. You should also have been a key contributor to a prior successful IPO process.
Your primary role will be to lead the raise of new investment and in future years lead the company to an IPO. You will be responsible for shaping the financial strategy and also managing the financial operations including budgeting, accounting and financial reporting.
Candidates interested this role must have prior experience of raising large amounts of capital and have also led a company through an IPO process.
Strong leadership and management skills are expected with exemplary communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
