We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our client’s growing company in The Netherlands. This is a pivotal role for someone with a strong background in operational leadership, particularly in scaling up operational divisions and driving companies through critical growth phases.
This Chief Operations Officer position will require someone to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week. As well as a attractive salary, you will also have career progression, a company car, pension package and private health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient, agile processes that support company growth.
- Oversee and optimise the daily operations, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
- Build and develop teams, focusing on people-centred leadership that fosters a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Implement operational improvements and develop scalable systems to support long-term growth.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in scaling operations and driving company growth, ideally in a fast-paced, agile business environment.
- Background in a technical field such as electronics, semiconductor engineering, or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a people-oriented approach, capable of inspiring teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Ability to manage both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
