COO - Deep tech / Start Up

I am currently looking for an experienced COO to join a pioneering fabless semiconductor start-up revolutionising the world of integrated circuit technology.

Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to steer their operations and drive their product roadmap forward. If you are a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and a knack for building high-performance teams, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the definition and execution of the product development roadmap, encompassing packaging, electronics, and photonic circuits.
• Consolidate and optimise the supply chain for cost-effective and risk-effective production and assembly.
• Collaborate with production and assembly partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to business planning and fundraising efforts.
• Develop and maintain an efficient organisation to support product development.
• Recruit key resources to build an ambitious and efficient operations team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing deep-tech startups, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in semiconductor product engineering, packaging technologies, and optical transceivers.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Global exposure and proficiency in English.
