Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial accounts simultaneously, developing relationships and expanding the company’s footprint.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities to meet quarterly quota objectives, driving pipeline velocity activities such as customer references, quotes, contract preparation, and execution.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Strategic Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers to plan and execute complex sales deals.
- Analyze customer business needs to identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop strategies for customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Deliver clear messaging and presentations to effectively communicate the platform's value proposition.
- Manage the renewal cycle, driving customer adoption, executive relationships, and addressing potential threats to renewal.
- Educate and enable customers on observability and the advantages of the company’s solution.
- 3+ years experience in an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS company, with a focus on cross-selling and account expansion.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and efficiency through strategic sales planning and execution.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in the SaaS industry.
- Ability to work 2-3 days per week in the London office.
- Technical background with 2+ years as a Technical Account Manager is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build relationships and prospect new business with decision-makers.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and driving business in cloud technologies.
- Experience with Log Analytics/Monitoring/APM and Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure) is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
