CPU Design Manager

We are recruiting for a CPU Design Manager to join our rapidly expanding CPU client.

This role can either be based in Austin or Santa Clara.

Our client is developing ultra-high performance RISC-V processors to address AI applications at large. They are a computing company with an impressive roadmap and a hugely promising future, comprised of a truly world-class team of AI and CPU Engineers. 

The silicon team is expanding, and as part of this they require a CPU Design Manager to manage and grow an initial team of 10 silicon engineers, comprising architecture, RTL design and verification.

The right candidate will be a seasoned CPU design expert with strong digital design domain knowledge within RTL development and processor-based architecture. A solid managerial background is essential; ideally the CPU Design Manager will have lead large design teams in the past, and be able to effectively communicate complex technical and operational information to internal design groups and senior executives.
