An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Application Engineer to join a UK-headquartered company known for its cutting-edge multi-core processor technology.

Specialising in enabling devices to capture and process voice commands and audio inputs accurately, the company is seeking skilled professionals to join their team in Hong Kong, China.

The Role As a Customer Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting innovative solutions and customer-centric projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Validating and characterising proof-of-concept designs, solutions, and demos.
• Customising and developing firmware to meet specific customer requirements.
• Resolving global technical support tickets and providing expert consultation.

This role offers significant exposure to advanced embedded systems, audio signal processing, and cutting-edge communication technologies.

Candidate Requirements To succeed as a Customer Application Engineer, you should possess:

• A degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or a related discipline).
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in C programming and debugging techniques for embedded systems.
• Experience with MCU peripherals and RTOS programming.
• Bonus skills: USB programming, audio signal processing, or machine learning.

Location & Travel Based in the vibrant Hong Kong Science Park, the role requires occasional travel to Nanshan, Shenzhen, fostering collaboration with regional teams.

Compensation A competitive salary starting from HKD$600,000 per annum is on offer, with flexibility depending on your skills and experience.
