My client is a forward-thinking global manufacturer of semiconductor products. They are now seeking their next Customer Quality Engineer to advocate for our clients across Europe, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Quality Engineer:
  • Manage and resolve customer claims efficiently, from initial containment to final resolution.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, providing ongoing support and updates.
  • Lead customer audits and site visits, and address packaging-related quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards, and manage non-conforming materials.
Key Requirements for the Customer Quality Engineer:
  • Degree in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor products, qualification processes, and quality standards (e.g., JEDEC, ISO 9001).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages like German or Mandarin are a plus.
