Design Engineer Manager

This is an opportunity to join an experienced and passionate team based in Milan where you will help to work on their advanced semiconductor technology.

In this role, the Design Engineer Manager will report directly to the Director of Design Engineering and help to drive the design practices alongside defining and setting deliverables. In addition to this, you will need to have experience with the design of switching regulator circuits and help to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time whilst managing multiple resources across the company's global locations. 

The successful Design Engineer Manager should have:

• Experience with EMI mitigation design techniques.
• Experience with CMOS, DMOS, and Mixed Signal content.
• Track record leading successful projects.
• Help to manage multiple business relationships and help to mentor and develop talent.

Industry-qualified you will have excellent communication skills. You will have established experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design and hold strong management skills.
