Development Manager

An excellent opportunity has become available with a company that is developing revolutionary equipment for the semiconductor industry, as an Development Manager to be based in Oxford site.

As a Development Manager, reporting directly to the CTO, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:

• Technical delivery within multiple projects
• Driving the development of the Metron team
• Compilation of data and analytic's for the technical team 
• Customer interaction to determine product direction that best fits needs

To be considered for the Development Manager vacancy, you must have prior experience in a leadership position, experience with AFM or RPM equipment, be enthusiastic about developing technical skills within the engineering team, a background in the semiconductor equipment industry, be comfortable interacting with customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable points for the development team, and be comfortable working closely with Project Managers to ensure delivery against deadlines.
