DFT Engineer

My client is looking for a DFT Engineer based in Grenoble to join their team. 

Developing ultra-low power RISC V processors, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced DFT Engineer to work on innovative tech. 

Key skills:

• Specify DFT architecture.
• Knowledge of SCAN insertion and MBIST. 
• Implementing and verifying DFT.
• Good knowledge of digital design flow (RTL to GDS II) is beneficial.
