ASIC DFT Engineer – Prague

I have an exciting new opportunity for a DFT Engineer looking for their next challenge. You will be joining an exciting company working on one of the lowest power consuming chips on the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on state-of-the-art designs and take on plenty of new challenges. Taking on a dynamic role within the business where you can make real impact.

Key skills for this role include:

• A strong track record in DFT gained across several successful ASIC projects.
• DFT experience including architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development and verification.
• Experience with MBIST insertion, simulation, and verification.
• Scan ATPG pattern generation, simulation and debug.
• Knowledge about industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
