Digital IC design engineer - ASIC

I am seeking a Digital IC Design Engineer to join a Cambridge based company working on niche cutting edge technology. They have already had proven success and their technology already ships into top tier flagship smartphones, as well as inside drones, wearable devices, and other consumer products.

As the successful Digital IC Design Engineer, you will work on the development of custom IC to deliver high quality RTL design, supporting relevant verification strategy and plan, with strong knowledge of the Digital IC Design flow.

Required Skills

• Degree in computer science/electronic engineering or equivalent
• Proven record in digital IC design and verification for ASICs.
• Strong RTL coding skills in Verilog and SystemVerilog with ability to write testbenches for simulation.
• Good knowledge of industry-standard interface technology (I2C, SPI, UART, SWD, JTAG, etc)
• Good knowledge of on-chip bus protocol (AMBA AHB, APB, AXI-Stream, etc)
• Experience in writing IP design specifications and block level modules
