An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Director to join an exciting semiconductor startup in the UK to help shape the company and to grow a commercial team in the future.
Suitable candidates will have strong semiconductor experience and be comfortable working closely with strategic customers across the globe. Experience with sensor technology would be highly advantageous. You will be very hands on and be able to understand the needs of the customer.
This is a home-based role in the UK with travel as and when required.
Salary on offer will be in the region of £100,000-£120,000 plus share options and standard benefits. This opportunity will offer you the chance to move into more senior positions in the future.

Director of Business Development Requirements:
- Previous experience within a business development role within the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge of working across a variety of markets such as industrial, automotive, energy, consumer etc
- Sensor/MEMS experience would be highly advantageous
- Exceptional ability to analyse market trends and competitor behaviour
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel globally when required
